- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident in the UK. You must either be in regular employment (defined as a minimum of 16 working hours per week and excluding temporary or agency employment) or retired with a non-state pension. Full-time students are not eligible for finance.
- You must be able to pay monthly repayments by Direct Debit. The Direct Debit mandate must be in the same name as the agreement and signed by the customer
- Your order will only be dispatched once your application for finance has been approved and we have received the signed application from you. On receipt of the signed application form we will contact you with your order confirmation and, if necessary, to arrange a delivery date.
